Edited by: nether void on 23/01/2009 16:15:56 I have one big spreadsheet that handles everything I do. Almost the whole thing is automated. Here are my sheets:
Balance Sheet - As per Wiki on Balance Sheets Income Statement - As per Wiki on Income Statements Operational Report - Will probably add this when I launch my IPO in a few months Shares - Manages shares of Shrapnel Industries - Calculates perceived market value based off of div % and earnings Investments - Tracks SHRAPs investments Production Earnings - I use this to track each production run I do: costs, revenues, location, duration until sellout, fees and taxes Non-Production Earnings - Trade, basically - Same as above except not production Inventory - Inventory, Equipment, and Intangibles list, with net value - Also record pertinent withdrawls here for accounting Transactions - I drop the corporations transactions here - From eve website - Then I categorize the transactions which deal with production or trade ops I have set up Journal - Same as above - This is where the majority of the categorization takes place for the income statement: Asset sales, tax, etc etc Build Calculator - My own personal build calculating gem - Cross regional mineral buy cost of job, xregion sell values, I can compare two different MEs for change in profit - Build times - I can load any T1 blueprint into this thing - Eventually I'll upgrade it to do T2 or 3 if I get into those markets - Really awesome tool IPO Analyzer - This is a tool I built to do multi-month production IPO simulations - Items sold per month - Inventory turn overs per month - Based on current pricing, revenues per month - Working capital needs per month based on volume of product sold per turn over - Both of the previous is based off of a table of how many and where I expect to be selling said product, which then includes mineral needs per inventory turn over as well as costs depending on where I plan on buying the minerals - Also shows volume sold of said product in various regions each month - Another nice tool Mining Ops - Can compare mining ops between three different ship set ups, including different ore types - Shows ISK/hr - Change user with a drop down - Built as a corp tool - Essential for mining - Don't use it much anymore, since I don't plan on going for a hulk - Focusing on other professions Members/Clients - Datasheet to hold all skills of those using the file (other sheets look up skills here) - Client record for locations, discounts, etc Products - Basic blueprint info here including current ME and PE of held prints Non-Products - Reprocess amounts for various items which can't be built - Mainly named items Pricing - Tool I built to store pricing from in-game pricing dumps - I don't use eve-central for pricing - I do it all myself - Not too hard with alts Faction Sales - Calculates faction sales - I have LP - Best way to spend that LP when I want to sell the item into the market Buy, Reprocess, Sell - Based on pricing, should I melt what I loot, sell it, or buy up whats on the market and melt it - Really nice and quick for on the spot decision making - I have about 70k to 80k m3 worth of loot to go through at the end of each month, so this is a nice tool lol Rig Calc - Build calculator for rigs - Same as Build Calculator from above, albeit not as many cool features Notes - Quick information reference
Will I give it away? Hell no. It's PvP. I want as little competition as possible. I've already said too much hehe.
I do plan on building a production manager in C# soon. I want it to track production slots for a whole corp, pricing, other stuff. Going to be insane, and at the same time get me some much needed C# experience.
